Drop Ship Account Rules

1. You MUST have a valid URL address and / or an established online store or retail location. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. You MUST have a legal entity - Sellers Permit Number or social security number is required.

3. It is against our policy to sell our merchandise on EBay or any other auction based websites.

4. It is against our policy to copy and paste any of our images into your web pages. To use our images, you must right click and "save" to a file on your own computer. All information - images, etc. is covered by copyright law. Only those with valid accounts are given permission to our images and / or descriptions. NOTE: Do Not use our descriptions word for word. You will have better search engine results if you change the descriptions to compliment your own store.

5. Be sure to read our policies.

Please Note: On wholesale accounts, due to quantity ordered, it may take up to 10-14 days for shipment.

Drop ship accounts - items will ship just as quick as for customers.

6. SALES - Discounts do not apply to our sales section.

7. We ship overseas! To calculate shipping, go through the cart as if you are purchasing an item. Choose International from the drop down list and click recalculate.

8. NOTE: We will NOT accept applications if you already carry collars that look anything like ours. We feel our quality is much better than our competitor, and we don't want customers confusing our products with anyone else's. There are no exceptions to this rule!

9. DISCOUNTS:

Drop Ship is 20% off. You will be assigned a code for your discount.

Wholesale is 30% off with a minimum of 10 collars or leads or mix and match purchased. Please note you may add collar charms to the above minimum and you will then get 30% off on those items too. Discount will automatically be calculated. No voucher code needed!
