We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express or PayPal over a secure server to ensure your privacy and safety.
Dog Collar Fancy
offers High Quality custom made rhinestone Dog Collars and Cat
Collars. We use top quality crystal glass rhinestones.
All of our Pet Collars are nylon and have a buckle and leash hook (D Ring). The rhinestones are glued on with
the strongest jewelry glue available.
USA: (lower
48 United States) - We ship USPS Insured Priority Mail.
Most items ship within 5 - 7 business days (not including holiday days). Please allow 3-5 days for delivery once your order has
shipped. Please allow extra time over our busy seasons. We will send you a tracking number for your package at the time of
shipment.
SHIPPING
CHARGES: USA Priority Shipping
is $6.95 for up to 9 items, and only $1.00 per item after that.
RUSH DELIVERY: - We now offer rush delivery service on all
of our collars and leads. We will ship
Priority Mail within 3 business days and we will ship your order 2nd day air to
get it to you as quick as possible. Be sure to choose the correct shipping
method during check out. NOTE: Maximum of 6 items for Rush Delivery.

We ship Global Priority. Shipping charges
may vary.
RETURN POLICIES:
We do not keep an inventory. All items are made to order. Be sure to measure your dog correctly. If you question what size to
order, or you have a special request, please feel free to contact us and we will be
happy to help.
If we have made an error in making your
collar to your specifications, we will remake it at no
charge.
You must contact us within 5 days of delivery for approval of the return, and
the item(s) must be shipped back to us for repair within 7 days. We recommend
you send the collar back to us insured, as we do not cover losses due to the
U.S. Postal Service.
Pets are unpredictably aggressive and there is no possible way
to know how each individual pet will "treat" their rhinestone collar. Please
care for your pet's collar as you would your fine jewelry.
