  Returns / Exchange Policies:
We want you to be 100% happy with each and every purchase with us. If you are unhappy with the item(s) you purchased, you can exchange it for another item of the same size.

Items ineligible for Exchange: There are no exchanges on custom color choice items, sizing mistakes, pet clothing or any other items where it is stated in item descriptions as non returnable.

Store Policies on Exchanges: You must have prior authorization before returning items for an exchange. You will need to contact us by email within 5 days of delivery. Any items(s) to be returned must be packaged in a box and must be in brand new condition - no exceptions. All items are made to order so there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from the retail price on all exchanges. To request a return, please contact customer service by clicking on the contact us link (above right), and choose "exchange request" from the drop down menu.
