Return Policies
Returns / Exchange Policies: We want you to be 100% happy with each and every purchase with us. If you are unhappy with the item(s) you purchased, we will issue store credit for the cost of your purchase less any restocking fees upon return of the original product(s). Your store credit can be used on anything in our store for up to 1 year. See exclusions below.

Items ineligible for Exchange: There are no exchanges on clearance or custom color choice items, damage due to rough play, pet clothing or any other items where it is stated in item descriptions as non returnable. There are no returns / exchanges on wholesale orders unless it is a manufacturer defect. Please contact customer service by email with any questions.

Exchange rules:

Store Policies on Exchanges: You must have prior authorization before returning items for an exchange. You must contact us by email within 5 days of delivery. If your item(s) qualify for an exchange, we will assign an RMA number which must be clearly visible on the mailing box. Items shipped without an RMA number will be refused. Your return will have 10 days from the date of approval to arrive at the designated shipping warehouse location. Any items(s) to be returned must be packaged in a box and must be in brand new condition - no exceptions. There will be a twenty five percent restocking fee on all eligible exchanges. The restocking fee will be deducted from the regular retail price. We are not responsible for damage caused due to items being improperly packed for shipment.
