  Returns / Exchange Policies:
Our goal is your complete satisfaction! If we have not delighted you, all unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise may be exchanged free within 5 days of delivery.


Please note that due to the fact that every collar / leash and crystal harnesses are hand made, we do not cover sizing mistakes on your part. We do not refund or exchange any custom color choice collars or other items such as furniture and pet clothing.

You must have prior authorization before returning items for an exchange. You will need to contact us by email within 5 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please contact customer service by clicking on the contact us link (above right), and choose "exchange request" from the drop down menu. An RMA# is required to return any items for an exchange.
