Return Policies
Returns / Exchange Policies: We want you to be happy with each and every purchase with us. If you are unhappy with the item(s) you purchased for any reason, we are happy to issue store credit for the cost of your purchase upon return of the original product(s). Your store credit can be used on anything in our store for up to 1 year. We do deduct 20% for a restocking fee.

Items ineligible for Exchange: There are no exchanges on damaged items due to rough play. Crystal collars are not meant for hard pulling dogs. There are no exchanges on clearance or custom color choice custom items or pet clothing, carriers, strollers, dog bed or any other item stated in item descriptions as not returnable. If it is a manufacturer defect, of course we will cover all costs. Be sure to follow our care instructions to keep your item like new. There are no returns / exchanges on wholesale orders unless it is a manufacturer defect. Please contact customer service by email with any questions or to request an exchange.

Exchange rules:

Store Policies on Exchanges: You must have prior authorization before returning items for an exchange. You must contact us by email within 5 days of delivery. If your item(s) qualify for an exchange, we will assign an RMA number which must be clearly visible on the mailing box. Items shipped without an RMA number will be refused. Your return will have 10 days from the date of approval to arrive at the designated shipping warehouse location. NOTE: Items to be exchanged must be in absolutely brand new condition and must be packaged in the same manner your order was shipped to you - with tissue paper - in a BOX - No Exceptions. We are not responsible for damage caused due to items not being properly packed for shipment.
