Return Policies
  Returns / Exchange Policies:
We want you to be 100% happy with each and every purchase with us. If you are unhappy with the item(s) you purchased, you can exchange it for another item of the same size.

Items ineligible for Exchange: There are no exchanges on custom color choice items, sizing mistakes, pet clothing or any other items where it is stated in item descriptions as non returnable.

Please contact customer service by clicking on the contact us link (above right), and choose "exchange request" from the drop down. Be sure to fill out all information including what you would like to exchange for. We will respond as soon as possible.

Store Policies on Exchanges: You must have prior authorization before returning items for an exchange. You must contact us by email within 5 days of delivery. If your item(s) qualify for an exchange, we will assign an RMA number which must be clearly visible on the mailing box. Items shipped without an RMA number will be refused. You must ship the return item within 3 business days of approval. You will be responsible for shipping charges. Any items(s) to be returned must be packaged in a box and must be in brand new condition - no exceptions. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all exchanges.
